    great news i too spent 15 days in  sct  been home 8 weeks ,promise you appetite will return and your’e sense of taste and smell will return to normal

    hi just wondering/worrying about cost of dental care.

    since sct a lot of my teeth are loose,i’ve been told this is a common problem (receding gums).

    because of  this i had an infection last week very painful and was given course of antibiotics by  dentist and referred to have it pulled.

    hi just wondered if anyone has any advice.

    cut a long story short i was diagnosed with mm june 2014,started myeloma xi trial,had 4 cycles now  next week or so going to start treatment to get me ready to harvest.

    hi mate i’m 43 diagnosed 2 months ago, i know the feeling ups n downs crying etc… its not easy.

    just out of interest you mentioned 20 steroids a day with other tabs and chemo. are you by any chance on myeloma xi trial? thats what i’m on, just had a weeks break (one cycle is mon/tues every week for 3 weeks chemo in hospital) followed by a week…[Read more]

    just wondering about peoples experiences with bone marrow biopsies.

    i had one month ago in blackburn (near me)  and i had a canular in my hand and was given midazolam.

    this basically is what they call a consious sedative which means you dont really remember anything. in all fairness all i do remember was a little discomfort.
