Hello! Alaska Airlines EWR Terminal was a nice surprise. I anticipated the usual airport bedlam, but the terminal was peaceful and smooth. People at the Alaska check-in counter were friendly and checked me in efficiently. The TSA line was not long, and there were many signs to assist. I stopped for a coffee close to the gate and discovered clean bathrooms. Boarding was uneventful, and the staff welcomed us immediately. I liked how punctual everything was. This was my first flight from Newark to Alaska, and I will certainly use it again!
