My best friend and I had an amazing day at the Lufthansa Airlines Chicago Office. We wanted to talk to someone face-to-face while organizing an enjoyable trip to Europe. We were put at ease and welcomed by the personnel. They assisted us in locating the best schedules and rates and provided an in-depth overview of the available flight options. They were kind, addressed all of our inquiries, and even offered us some advice on how to get around the airport. We also received assistance with adding more luggage and selecting our seats. I highly recommend the Lufthansa Airlines Office to everyone.
