    Hi All

Yep our Dai is going through the mill of Late I got these to inform me how he is doing 🙂

::::::::::Hello Tom, Dai is quite poorly at the moment he has some sort of stomach bug, but he also had DVT in his other leg and it has travelled to his stomach, they are considering surgery but allowed him home yesterday. Good news is his cancer is under control at the moment unfortunately the medication is quite aggressive and is causing problems in other parts of his body. Ive spoken with him this morning and he says he is feeling a lot better today., He is just hoping he will be well enough to wk his daughter down the aisle on her wedding day in 3 weeks, but he remains amazingly positive and continues to fight. Thank you for caring
Got the one above on the 2nd Oct

And this one on the 6th Oct ::::Hi Tom, yes he's still home and feeling a little better, the swelling in his leg is going down slowly but surely. He has an Appointment on Monday to discuss further treatment for MM and he's hoping he can have another cycle of Rev, so fingers crossed x

and not much since but I leave a message for him often xxx

    Hi Peter and all

I lost all Hair cept my eye lashes but I gould feel those falling out as the time went, but me I was balder than a Coot (if a coot is bald??)
so no more nasty Nose hair nor ear hair that needed trimming lol

Nettie I trid the The L'Oreal oil and it was great folk could see the shine in the dark Lol.

so for all of us that are or going to be bald for winter I suggest a good warm Hat 🙂

    Hi Peter

Well I felt like I had Flu a few days after my Zometa aches and Pains you know Like flu, it soon passed then after a fair few month my veins fought the needle each month and used to play hard to get and when they did find one and blood was flowing it would Collapse and Nurse (bless) would have to have another dig in Lol.

Go ahead with your work but cut down after a day or two in case you get the flu (ish) symptoms 😎

Hope you have had any dental work done as you dont want to have teath pulled when on Zometa.

    Good Luck with it all.

    Hi Kerry

Sorry to hear about your Mum but may I say a well done to her and her team 14 years is great and am sure more to come.

As for the Zometa am not sure how long it stays in the system? but am sure I read in here that some one had it removed (cant recall who or when?)

Good Luck to your Mum and give her my regards, and hope all is soon sorted.

    Hey Chris

Thats Good news 😀 it wont feel it for a bit but its well worth the odd bits that happen during your recovery, lets hope its as good as I can remember Mine being pretty good.

As for the Panic to get everything done before you go in trust me it will wait till you get out and better.

Fingers crossed for a fast recovery and home soon (i was in 16 days see if you can beat that)
