Aww that sleep is a devil but it has to be done sleep and you heal thats what I think, a little walk is good for me I have just got back from walking the dog and we have been out more than an hour (gosh that dog can talk ha ha) Exercise is good for us nice and gentle, Plus a little chat to Dr to make sure Bloods are all Ok

Enjoy the rest and you will heal faster.

Yes it is hard work with the grandkids as you know we have six yep six but when they have gone home Elaine and I can fall asleep on the sofa and or nip off to bed 😉 and catch up on the sleep.

Dai is not well at the moment he is fighting an infection, has been in hospital but last i was told he is now home

Do you know thats the way I think of it when I was having treatment, treatment all finished now but I tell everyone that I have built a little shed on my left shoulder and shoved the pesky MM in that and shoved a lid on it 😀 and yes I talk to it:-S and yes I tap the top of the Lid :-/ but hey ho it works for me and My Lot and for that I am HAPPY 😎 Have a great week end

Hey Tina Good Luck with it all and if I remember well Nightie is faster for lifting than jim jams are for lowering and I prefer the fastest way (not that I wear Nightie's though)
As Eve says During SCT its a throw away Culture you need to have, dont bother with Posh (bless)

Sorry your Dad was poorly but am pleased he is getting better and in his own home (you cant beat it) its all about rest and recuperation now for you and your dad (yep I bet you forgot about your self??)
