Hi all, I had my monthly review on the 30th may but have just received my copy letter from the consultant. During the review the consultant said your bloods are perfectly normal. I did not read that much into it because “normal” can be a relative statement. It was a good meeting however and he was quite upbeat. How upbeat I had not relised until I got the copy letter, in that he uses the statement.

“His relapsed Myeloma is now back in an excellent remission”

    Golly wow!

It has taken me 5 years to get here folks – through some dark days which you will all know about I am sure. So do not give up just keep bl***y well going.

    Kindest regards – vasbyte

    Dear David,

That is wonderful news, long may the excellent remission continue 🙂

Thank you for sharing as it gives me hope that Phil’s next line of treatment may give him this type of result.

    Good luck on the 7th.

    Great news David.
Let’s hope the good news keeps rolling in for you.
I got my latest PPs result yesterday and they’re down to 11.25 not a very low reading but for me a great result. That’s the lowest they’ve been since diagnosis! Guess the new treatment must be working a bit 😉 long may it continue.

    Every day is a gift

That is good news Andy. I have always marveled at your pp readings balanced against the things you do. 11.25 is not too bad and for you it is a bl888y miracle. I bet you go lower at the next treatment. I think your totally committed, with that touch of devil may care, attitude certainly helps you live with Myeloma.

all the very best – think = LOWER, lower, lower, lower, lower, lower.

“Just make sure you open the parcel.”

That’s really good news, a real case of not giving up. Still, to be expected although some call it being stubborn. Carry on being stubborn and let everyone read and digest – it’s not over ’till it’s over

    Hi David

Fabulous news. Enjoy the treatment free days and this comes with a hope you won’t have to have any treatment for your prostate problem.

    Best wishes.
