Exercise and supplements. What do you think?

    Many thanks to those who posted replies to my newcomer post. I am starting to feel more positive again altho waiting for my next appt on Mon with some trepidation! I would like to do more exercise, and wondered what people have been doing. I walk as much as I can, slowly increasing my mileage, and do a gentle exercise class specifically for people who have/ had cancer. How about aquafit or Pilates? I am slightly scared of doing things in case I cause problems with my back etc.
    Also is there any evidence of benefits from supplements such as B vitamins and echinacea in myeloma? Sorry to keep picking your brains out there but many thanks!

    Hi Heather

    Great to read you are More positive again.

    As for exersice I love a walk and bought myself a new Bike (i know i spoil myself:-D ) and my Dr said it was Ok as long as I dint do mountain climbing with it lol.
