This might be daft but I had just had to share it! Yesterday, for the first time in 6 months, I walked into Loughborough town centre, did some shopping and walked back home. I am so pleased with myself and feel this is a better sign that things are going the right way than all the blood results in the world. Little things mean so much more these days.

Yes, I think you are right Pat and I certainly know what you mean.

I drove to Exeter for lunch and coffees with my Wife, our Son and Daughter and their partners yesterday and had a great time it was a real nice day – not the weather, the company.

    I felt good.

    Kindest regards ? vasbyte

Small things, little things, gentle things
Things that describe the way that I feel
    Not sunshine or shadows
    But smiles and side-glances
Little romances I know to be real

    😎 😀 🙂

    Oh Dai,
That is so lovely. It even makes the Dex dump I have today seem better. Thank you.

    Hi Jo,
Can't see any reason why you can't have your hair coloured. If it makes you feel better why not? Worse thing that can happen is it all falls out and then you can get a funky wig:-D Mine is still thinning at a rate of knots, Kev says I will have to go outside to brush my hair soon as the fallout is getting so great (cheeky b*****r)I have found that the Elvive Oil really helps it to look better though – not so brittle looking if you know what I mean. A little retail therapy came into play yesterday and two new tops boosted my mood no end followed by a little bingo win (my Friday night catch up with a dear friend)ended my week beautifully. All I need now is for my broken little toe, the result of making the bed last Saturday with no shoes on and PN in my fee:-S t, to stop hurting (now the dex has worn off) and life would be peachy:-D

    Hi Pat

I really do agree with you, little things do mean a lot. We have so enjoyed two days of sunshine and being able to sit in our conservatory for the first time this year!

Hope you continue to have lots of "little things!"

    Love Mavis x
