    Hi Clare

Don't have any experience of brats but my partner had sct last November 2012. He was very poorly no doubt and it isn't pleasant, but he got through it. He is still recovering and gets very tired however we were scared before hand. We went for it because it was Colin's final decision and I supported him. I wouldn't say it's easy but any…[Read more]

    Blimey

I'm exhausted just thinking about it liz….medication, injections, thermometers….clacton on sea sounds good (no offence to clacton :-)). You have a great time, all the usual precautions and a bit extra from the consultant 🙂

    Enjoy

Have you considered different colour….again but with less peroxide in. I am sure there are Eco bleaches cos there was that scare about pregnant women dying hair? Not seen my hairdresser friend but…[Read more]

    Jacqui and Geoff,

Last lap now before the getting better bit, slowly and surely. Not an easy ride but get the hard bit over and you can start looking to the future. If brother in law has any worries or questions he can post on geoffs behalf….and I old stagers can help where we can 🙂

Who says onwards and upwards 🙂

I have said to Mo she must carry on and live a another life and when with luck she kisses my great Grandsons/daughters head I will be there, my spirit will not leave her side. And, I am sure, that…[Read more]

  • Hi Helen,

Re the hair…..can't you have a colour on it that has less bleach in it? There must be Eco friendly blonde colours out there as some people are allergic to the bleach. I will ask my friend hair dresser and see what she says….worth spending even more money on the hair and shoes etc if it makes you feel better. Get your daughter to…[Read more]

Hi Ladies, Yes I saw the Palliative Care nurse today and she has now switched me onto Morphine based drugs, but retaining the Paracetamol. I take 40mg every 12 hours which is a lot easier. My backup has changed to zormorth which I place under my tongue when in pain. Hopefully this will hold it all in check until my next assessment on the…[Read more]
