    Hi David,

Just getting my head around this new site and catching up with all the posts as I have not been posting for a while. I’m glad to see revlimid is working for you kev is on cycle 12 and doing well, he has been getting quite a lot of chest infections but we think they have now got on top of things and he’s taking antibiotics until further notice, hopefully if he continues they may put him on maintenance! His last reading was down to 10 and they seem happy with that and say he’s stable, so david I hope you continue to respond well to revlimid and get to the maintenance stage, stay well!

    Love liz & kev xx

    Thankyou Andy,

Your written words were just what I couldn't quite convey at this very sad time, as kevs carer I get very emotional when one of the mm,ers passes away, Keith was always there with words of advice and comfort! Andy it would be lovely to think you'll be representing everyone on the forum Thankyou for that. R.I.P. Keith!

    Hi Nicki,

Sorry to hear Sam as relapsed and also having your own health issues, I care for my hubby kev who was diagnosed August 2010 had SCT April 2011 but sadly relapsed the following may 2012 and went straight onto velcade/ dex it worked well and he had the full eight cycles with the last three reduced because of PN in his feet & hands and we think because of this it stopped working for him and his lights chains began to rise and the drs put him straight onto revlimid /dex he's now on cycle 4 and now hopefully settled and last Monday 18th kev was told his count as gone down from 450 to 42! We were thrilled with the results and so whatever treatment Sam as here's hoping it kicks MM into touch once again!

Goodluck and keep well both of you love liz & kev xx

    Hi Maureen,

Been reading your posts I'm a carer for hubby kev and the longest I've been away from him was when he had his sct ( three weeks) and the visiting does catch up with you. You must miss him terribly and I hope that Ian will be back home pretty soon
I will be keeping fingers crossed keep well.

    Hello Dai

Popped in to see how everyone's doing, sorry to hear of the long wait in DC it's happened to us and when your feeling tired and unable to sit on those horrible chairs, kevs nearly walked a couple of times I even blamed the chairs for my sciatica.
Anyway Dai glad you got to talk to someone in the end and good luck with your next round of treatment.

Keep well and don't eat too much cake sounds yummy! Janet
