Hi Susannah it really does seem unfair that Michael can only have Bendamustine as part of a trial . I have been tol it is one possibility for my next treatment , no trial , I am under UCH London. I do not know any thing about Bendamustine trials only MX1 trials,I can only go on information I have.This is were Gaya would be very helpful,she fought hard for frontline drugs.

I too am old enough to remember 2/6 half a crown that was my pocket money;-)
as for getting confused I am always making journeys up and down stairs forgetting what I went up for going out in the car getting to the end of the road and turning back having forgotten some:-P thing again I think its call senior moments

As you know Slims on clinical trials,and must admit some good some bad has come out of it.I do not think it is wholly for are well being.
First you have to ask yourself does the consultant feel so strongly that this medication is the best he can give: the answer should be yes
