That is a good idea Helen but I do not think I will have the time to sort it all out. Just about every month we are away somewhere, this month is the Scilly Isle next month Minorca and so on. But I might adapt it somehow.

We actually renewed our vows on our 35th. I wanted to do it on our 25th but the wife is not a romantic like me 🙁

However, for our 35th I add a holiday in Singapore, Seychelles and Mauritius. We had the four original bridesmaids; they could not get into their dresses though 😉 . It was great and went really well the only problem we had was Mo had a DVT in Mauritius and spent 4 days in Hospital. I managed to persuade them to let her out and take the blood measurements on the beach at the hotel. I vowed at the time to take her back and finish the holiday ? you never know!!!!!!

It is a very good idea and in fact I had the Myeloma UK diary but it fell by the wayside I am afriad. I do wish I had the ability to keep a diary. I have tried many times in my life but I am just not "clerical". Give me a hammer and screwdriver and I am ok but a pen makes me shudder.

I would really love to join you Dai but I have a funeral to attend in Barnstaple and I shall be getting ready or making my way there then.

Bridget was a lovely lady and I am pleased I met her. She always had a kind word and sound friendly advice. You could almost feel the smile in her posts. Love to you Bridget I am sure you are in God?s keeping and looking down on us all now.

Dia has hit the important questions I think. However it depends on how hard you want to bite the bullet.

I insisted, and I mean insisted, on a Prognosis right from the very start. "If all goes well 2 to 3 years" I was told in July 2009. The question I would be asking is what treatments are now available to me and what is the prognosis if they do work and if they do not. It is a scary question and the answer will be filled with lots of "ifs" and "buts".

Having said that I feel as fit as a fiddle and do not feel I am going anywhere at the moment, apart from holidays in the Isle of Scilly (next week) and Minorca (August).

Hi Mavis, Just picked up your good news, WONDERFUL. I never reached Zero pp it must be lovely feeling. I cannot help with withdrawal systems from CDT I did not have any that I can recollect at all.

Hi Mari, 11th July Scilly Isle. As I am cleared to travel for that and our trip to Minoca in August I can now sort out the Insurance again 😎

You are right Keith I wil not neglect the water. I am just going to try to get my blood appointment at 9:00 a.m. I would normally have drunk only one pint by then.
