Thank you for your responses. I have now seen my specialist consultant for amyloidosis and my Multiple Myeloma consultant. They were both very reassuring and echoed Mulberry’s comments that it will take time and trends are more important than a single result I believe that Lambda light chains react differently to paraproteins. Still nervous though!
