    hi mulberry
Can myeloma patient take any type of vaccine? I read somewhere that we can have Pfizer and Moderna vaccine. I don’t know how far its true.
Can I have vaccine while I’m on maintenance medication therapy (lenalidomide 10 mg)? Please let me know if you have reliable information

    Thanks

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome for fringe numbness and tingling. Now all symptoms: finger joint pain and numbness are manageable and have been reduced significantly

    Hi silverlining1967
Your joint pain are not unusual. It’s due to Harvesting stem cells but mine is a little bit strange coz it stated 2 months and half after SCT. So not sure is the side effects of high dose chemotherapy (melphalan) ot it’s something else.

    Take care

    hi mulberry,
My T2 &T5 vertebra affected. that’s where my myeloma journey began, i was 41 years old when I got diagnosed wiz myeloma I underwent two surgeries: fixation and fusion surgery in 2016 and kyphoplasty for T5 in 2019. I’m on monthly Xgeva since I started having the 4 chemo cycles prior to SCT.
I feel tired the next day receiving subcutaneous injection of Xgeva. After SCT I have been experiencing join pain in my hands fingers. I’m suspicious on Xgeva side effects although I didn’t have this side effect before SCT. That’s why I’m asking what others experiencing with this drug after SCT.

Information on lenalidomide are available online. Each cycle begins with taking 21 day medication and one week rest
    Good luck

    Hi everyone
Any one is on lenalidomide 10 mg for maintenance therapy? what’s the best time of day to take the medication? please share your experiences.
Any one taking 1/4 warfarin (anticoagulant) with lenalidomide 10 mg after SCT? can be taken together at the same time or need to be taken at different times?

    Thanks
