My lambda light chains have gone back to what they were at diagnosis 8 months after being on lenalidomide/dexamethasone. I am now beginning Cylophosphamide/dexamethasone/velcade(bortezomib). Has anyone on the forum been given this combination & if so what, if any, side effects you might have encountered? Thank you.

Thank you for your kind replies re Zometa infusions. Do you have needle inserted in back of hand for this or can you have it in your arm as my veins are very fine & quite difficult to find?

Had my first one last week but was perturbed that the nurse had to struggle to administer catheter in vein in back of hand. Does anyone have it in their arm as this is not a chemo drug & would be less painful especially if this is administered monthly.
