Its a shame a lot of the Dr's and Consultant tell us how it is is if we have done all the study's he/she has done for the last 10 years or more :-S But hey ho am sure its what we have got to get used to (but mine is a slow talker and stops if he sees am confused Bless)

Now a serious note Paul ? am sure we all think about those times that we have lost some one in our little (though getting bigger) BUT you have to push that to the back when you are going to have treatment and bring the succsefull threads to the front of your mind am sure that what outdoors Paul and his Family would want so get stuck in to those Good Threads and put your mind at ease, Later is the time to rethink about Our Paul.

As for the Thalidomide I was on Four Tabs a day (8pm) with my CTD. still got dodgy toes though Lol but if thats all I get then am Happy (ish)

Hope your back to work is going Ok am sure it helped Elaine when she went back to work after my SCT it gives her something else to worry about apart from iccle ole me Lol, Colin is just a mere male we never knnow when too much is TOO much till we end up in bed early nite shattered:-S and if Colin is like me he will never learn 😛

I had CDT 5 28 day cycles if my mind serves me correct :-S leading up to a SCT all in the year 2009 AC 😉 done me ill bit and now am up and at em drug free and just had a few drinks on the 3rd December to celebrate my Stem cells 3rd Birthday 😎

Good Luck in you road to remission and trust me you wont get lost as i am with you all the way and Tom-Tom's are good at navigation 😀

To be fair i have been a bit on the thin side on top ? (am sure that makes sense ha ha) BUT the top is getting thicker and thats the bit that tells me I need a Hair cut 😀 so for you all that are head.ing (no pun inteded):-D for that SCT just think it might just might come back thicker 😎

Yes you all drink drink and drink some more. I know its a challenge to do but its well worth it yep I do the wee botttles so I know am on the mark but it dunt stop me drinking more 😀 (and not just the beer and Vodka lol)

Many Thanks ye all from my Iccle cells and I 😀

They have had one or two iccle hick ups over the three years but its nowt my Team cant fix 😀
Never sent them a card (am saving that for the silver Birthday Party 😎 but I did buy them a wee Vodka, that Mr Smirnoff is pretty good you know (other brands are aslo available Lol)
