Hello to everyone and thank's for the kind thoughts which I've only just read.
Yes the inevitable happened and I was re-admitted into my local hospital on Monday 8th after starting to feel quite unwell.
They said I would most likely spend around 10 days at their pleasure and not mine.
After 3 days on top everything else I contacted CI-Dif which gave me the worst case of the trots I've ever had in my life.
I also had what was described as a Bug in my blood so I was put on antibiotics both oral and direct into my bloodstream.
They always have trouble getting blood from me as my veins are very hard to find and keep collapsing.
My arms are covered in knots and bruises from all the aborted attempts but on the positive side I'm now home proper in my own bed with my missus.
No more OB's at 4am,crashing bin lids and nurses sticking needles in me.
Yes it's peace at last but to be serious they were all brilliant and looked after me in a first class manner.
I was at home 13.40 and on Redcar promenarde at 14.30.
Just to get out and breathe the fresh sea air was a joy to behold and I'll be doing alot more of it as I work my way back to full strength.
Hope the rest of you are doing well and again thank's for thinking of me.

    Keith.

    Hi Keith,

I am sure that there is relief all round that you have moved through the sticky bits to home-base.
Take your time with your recovery… but you know that.:-)

I have enjoyed quite a few good walks over Loftus and Saltburn Cliffs in my time, having a good friend who lives on Loftus Cliffs… the air along that coast is bracing to say the least,:-D

The best of luck and I hope everything moves along nicely with no hitches or glitches.:-)
