    Peter had stage three mm. This was determined by the following scale.
    At diagnosis his light chain readings were five thousand plus.
    He had kidney damage, he also had bone damage to four of his vertibrae's
    Stage one is just mm with no bone or kidney damage

    Hi Helen last year I was so grey it was like looking at a stranger in the mirror till I had it dyed !!     I live in North Shields. Born in 1951. Peter was born in 1952 Like Gordon and he made it to 58yrs (my toy boy) who suffered for 2 and a half years before being overcome in August this year.
    I dont know how I would have managed without the support of my friends on here
