I found that bordom and lack of appetite were killers for me.

So I would say things for bordom and snacks they like.

If I had to pick one of the two I would pick snacks as the food in hospitals is not great. Also, even though bored I was so tired that I could not think straight most of my stay.

Hope this helps in some way.

    All the very best,

    Steve

That is great to hear! Well done you! I’m 18 months in and still suffering fatigue most days.

    I’m suffering also after 18 months and I’m 55.

I have had great week and then weeks all I want to do is sleep. They tell me my blood is great but I’m not convinced my testosterone level is normal for me. My question is how do they know that it is normal for me?

Since the Stem cell transplant hair is growing in places on my bald head that have not grown in 30 years and my facial hair has gone really soft.

Anyone else thinking the same thing?

Had my Astrazeneca vaccine on Saturday and all good apart from feeling unwell on Sunday which is a good sign so I’m told by my cancer team nurse.

They did postpone my bone-strengthening treatment for another week just to be safe.

I hear that myeloma patients have been moved up the current priority list for a COVID-19 vaccine in England.

Does this also apply to Wales?

I think its a great idea to have a badge. It would help raise awarness and help raise money.

I have no problem in letting people know I’m a VP
